Gym Design Tips from Mariana Drazic
1. Kettle Bell Workout Area
2. New Equipment (have your client avoid second hand equipment if you can)
3. Off (Tennis) Court workout areas (to combine with regular strength training)
(e.g. Ladder Drills, Shuttle Sprints, Weighed Burpees, Squat Jumps, Frog Jumps, Yoga, etc.)
4. Spacious (so a lot of square footage to workout in)
5. Treadmills (for warming up before heading into a great workout)
