Project Scope:

This proposed project involves the conversion of an 1850 Square Foot tenant space (in an existing building) from a vacant cold dark shell to a Business occupancy classification tenant space. Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing are in the scope of work. Exterior alterations limited to replacement of the existing exterior storefront doors. No roof alterations of any kind are within the scope of work for this proposed project.

Project Budget: $125 - $140K (Cost Estimates came in on the low end)
