In this conceptual land development we envision a lucrative P3 Partnership with world-renowned Tuskegee University, to result in the construction of "The Tiger Den", a 60-bed upscale 3-story student housing community atop Lake Tuskegee near the Tuskegee University campus in Tuskegee, Alabama.
