City of Lexington - Lexington Multipurpose Complex (Unbuilt)

The City of Lexington has a rich history in playing an integral part in the Civil Rights movement as well as the agricultural industry. This adaptive reuse project involved assessing the site and the existing building and determining the feasibility of it being repurposed and utilized as a multipurpose complex for the citizens of Lexington.

Planning (Site Assessment) and Schematic Design services were provided while employed by M3A Architecture, PLLC (Architect of Record: William McElroy); Planning (Site Assessment) and Schematic Design services included Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings, measurement and photo documentation of the existing building and site conditions, and drafting the schematic design documentation, etc..
