Public Safety Complex at Philadelphia City Hall (Unbuilt)

The city of Philadelphia, Mississippi, which is rich in history as it relates to the Civil rights movement was looking for a renovation to their city hall. The proposed design houses the fire department and police department and their supporting areas in the basement level, while the main level remains as is and receives a refresh regarding the interior finishes.
